  • What is the Return Policy?
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time
  • What are the shipping options?
    • USPS First Class Mail, Priority shipping , or Priority Express. If you need it shipped faster please contact us before placing an order and we should be able to accommodate your request.
  • When will my order ship?
    • We strive to get orders out next day but it can possibly take up to 5 business days, if longer we will usually contact you and give you an ETA.
  • What do I do if I never received my order?
    • Please contact us, perhaps it got lost in transit.
  • Where are you located?
    • We currently do not have a physical store as we are an online based company, but our office is located in Central Florida.
