  • What is the Return Policy?
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time
  • What are the shipping options?
    • USPS Standard shipping or Express. If you need it shipped faster please contact us before placing an order and we should be able to accommodate your request.
  • When will I receive my order?
    • Typically you will receive in stock orders within 5-7 days unless stated otherwise by us.
  • What do I do if I never received my order?
    • Please contact us, perhaps it got lost in transit.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    • Please contact us and we can get a replacement out to you ASAP
  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
    • Contact us and we can try and make these changes as long as the order has not already shipped.
  • Where are you located?
    • We currently do not have a physical store, but our office is located in Central Florida.
